Thomas C. Clark, P.E. – Owner
Tom Clark has over 40 years of experience in the engineering/construction industry. His experience includes: field engineering for Square D Co. and Bussman Fuse Co.; President and owner of an electrical contracting firm for 23 years; MEP firm manager and consulting engineer. Mr. Clark’s project experience ranges from tenant finish out to complete hospitals and airport jumbo maintenance hangers from the ground up.

Wayne Hook – Mechanical Designer-Drafter
Wayne Hook is an accomplished designer and drafter with 25 years of contracting and consulting experience. His project work includes design and production of HVAC and plumbing, process piping and civil systems. Wayne’s technical background coupled with proficiency in the use of PC’s, make him a valuable project team member. Project management staff consistently relies on him to help produce quality work while meeting client deadlines.

R. Ross Aleman, P.E. – Consultant
Ross Aleman has worked in this field. since 1994. His technical engineering ability was enhanced through his involvement with projects. Over the course of his 20-year-career, Ross has designed mechanical and hydronic systems for a total of 4 million square feet, costing in excess of $60 million. During this time he also has refined the concepts of TQM/CQI applicable to the production of MEP engineering designs. Ross’s comprehensive management techniques and organizational structure are what enables him to successfully produce large and small projects on a timely basis and within the owner’s budget. He is responsible for the production management of assigned projects and participates directly in the preparation of design drawings, specifications, life-cycle cost analysis, cost estimates, and construction administration. In addition, he has his own firm, AYS Engineering, in which he is instrumental for all disciplines of MEP Consulting Engineering.

Samuel Lusk – Plumbing Designer – Associate
Samuel Lusk has worked in MEP Design field since 1996. His technical design ability was enhanced through his involvement with projects. Over the course of his 20-year-career, Samuel has designed plumbing systems for a total of 4 million square feet, costing in excess of $60 million. Samuel’s conscientious design techniques, desire and willingness to work with the client, along with his comprehensive management techniques and organizational structure are what enables him to successfully produce all projects on a timely basis and within the owner’s budget. He is responsible for the production management of assigned projects and participates directly in the preparation of design drawings, specifications, cost estimates, and construction administration.
