Champions Park, Arlington, TX – 4 buildings – 55,800 sq. ft. for building – 500,000 sq. ft. site lighting.
Baskins Retail Center, Texarkana, TX – 30,000 sq ft of Complete Baskins retail store with interior finish and 18,000 sq ft of shell retail.
South Town Market, Tulsa, OK – New retail shell and finish out for 18,000 sq. ft., including:
Verizon, Radio Shack, Great Clips, T-Mobil and AT & T.
Harlingen Corners, Harlingen, TX – Retail space for Bed, Bath & Beyond, Marshall’s Dept. Store and Famous Footwear.
